We are an established, patient-focused private practice seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive, high-quality clinical care in a professional, relaxed, and supportive environment.

Perform thorough dental cleanings, prophy, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal maintenance.
Take high-quality digital radiographs and perform comprehensive intraoral/extraoral and oral cancer screenings.
Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies, periodontal health, and customized home-care regimens.
Maintain precise and objective clinical notes and electronic patient charts in compliance with state board regulations.
Adhere strictly to OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and team members.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Minnesota.
Current CPR / BLS certification. Nitrous oxide inhalation analgesia and local anesthesia credentials are highly preferred.
A patient-first mindset with exceptional communication skills and a gentle touch.
Open to both experienced hygienists and highly motivated recent graduates. Pay scales directly with clinical experience and total scheduled hours.

Competitive $75,000 – $100,000+ base range.
